Site work for a water / sewer project in Ankeny, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Otter Creek Sanitary Sewer Improvements - Phase 3 project includes the installation of sanitary sewer located north of NE 36th Street, east of Interstate 35, and west of NE 29th Street in the City of Ankeny. The improvements include approximately 1,500 LF of sanitary sewer piping and five new sanitary sewer structures. Other associated improvements include connecting to the existing sanitary sewer pipe, installation of temporary sewer stubs, installation of pipe protection, and miscellaneous associated work necessary to complete the project. A copy of said plans, specifications, and form of contract, and estimated total cost is now on file in the office of the City Clerk and may be examined at Ankeny City Hall, 220 West First Street, Ankeny, Iowa, 50023. Bids will be considered by the City of Ankeny City Council at its meeting at 5:30 P.M. on the 15 th day of November, 2021, in said City Council Chambers. The City Council may award a Contract at said meeting, or at such other time and place as shall then be announced.
