Package 2 - Uniform General Conditions (UGC), information only, does not need to be returned 3. Package 3 - Project Specifications, information only, does not need to be returned 4. Package 4 - Drawings, information only, does not need to be returned Each successfully emailed bid proposal must contain all required contract documents identified on the Check List in PDF format. Do not send each page individually. *Original endorsed / embossed Bid Bond or Bid Guarantee Check must be mailed in or hand delivered and present on the letting date. All submitted bids will be publicly opened at 1:00 PM CST, only successful bids will be read.
