Navarro ISD invites qualified firms to submit qualifications for Construction Manager-at Risk services for the November 2021 Bond Program of a new High School for 1100 students which includes the following: School Admin. Offices, 2-Story Classroom Wing, Media Center, Dining/Kitchen, Band Hall with practice rooms, Life Skills, Black Box Classroom, Drive/sidewalk Paving, Competition Gym to seat 1300 spectators, Practice Gym, Athletic/PE Locker Rooms, Weight Room, Training Room, Practice Fields, Dance, Theater to seat 750, and CTE/Ag facilities.
