Rehabilitation of the following lengths of sanitary sewer without excavation utilizing cured-inplace pipe (CIPF) 8-inch sanitary sewer 5,992 feet 10-inch sanitary sewer 1,139 feet 12-inch sanitary sewer 2,703 feet 15-inch sanitary sewer 3,458 feet The City of Wausau reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in bidding, and to award a contract in the best interest of the City of Wausau. No bid shall be considered unless submitted on the Official Proposal Form. Proposals shall be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, bank cashiers check, or postal money order in the amount of 5% ofthe total bid payable to the Treasurer ofthe City of Wausau, as a guarantee that die bidder, if the bid is accepted, will execute and file the proposed contract and bonds within ten days after the awarding ofthe contract. A Performance Bond and also a Labor and Materials Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the total bid price, together with an executed contract in form prescribed by the City of Wausau will be required of the successful bidder. The letting of the work described herein is subject to provisions ofChapter 62 and 66 of Wisconsin Statutes and by all pertinent sections ofWausau Municipal Code.
