McEniry HVAC Renovation, Phase II - consist of all add alternates not selected in the McEniry HVAC Renovation project bid February 2019, which includes removal/replacement of 5 terminal units in Auditorium Wing lobby, removal/replacement of 6 AHUs and installation of new reheat coils, replacement of condenser water pump, and the cooling tower thermostat and water controller. Anticipate that Notice To Bidders will be posted electronically the week of March 18, 2019 - Construction Phase - Spring 2019 timeframe
