Site work and paving for a civil project in West Palm Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The bid is also advertised through DemandStar and Public Purchase, however bids must be submitted through the Town website. Written bids will not be accepted. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any technicalities or irregularities therein. The Town further reserves the right to award the contract to that bidder whose proposal best complies with the bid specification. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date set for the opening thereof. The scope of work comprises the establishment of water and sewer service to the property including service piping, lift station, water meter box, RPZ, connection to existing main line utilities, and roadway, pavement markings and sod restoration. The project also includes installation of a fuel tank including foundation and associated electrical improvements.
