Alcosan Regional Trunk Sewer Takeover Sewer System Significant Deficiency Repairs Trenchless Technology/ Conventional Excavation/CCTV Borough of West View Sewer System This contract shall be subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act of August 15, 1961, P.L. 987, as amended, 43 P.S. Section 165 et seq. Workers shall not be paid less than the prevailing minimum wages as set forth in the applicable schedule. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days once filed with the West View Water Authority. Requests for mailing will be honored with an additional fee of Ten Dollars ($10.00) per each set. No documents will be issued 48 hours prior to the scheduled bid opening. The West View Water Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bids received.
