Renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Hamilton, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; and for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Scope of work includes: Provide a fire suppression system with a water storage tank on the existing cadet suites. An addition of two rooms, fire riser room 201 and 202 which match the existing finishes. We will provide specifications for the existing finishes. Work includes but is not limited to utilities, plumbing, HVAC, concrete, electrical and lighting, insulation roof and wall, prefinished cedar stained fiber cement board, wood framing, waterproofing and thru wall flashing, doors and hardware, metal roofing – standing seam galvalume, insulation, fire suppression, fire alarm, 6,000 gallon insulated and internally heated water tank, fireproofing penetrations, interior wall finishing, painting, and sealed concrete floors. BID PROPOSAL FORM : Proposers shall submit bids on your typical letterhead clearly stating all inclusions and exclusions. List alternate pricing, unit prices, and addendum acknowledgments if indicated for your scope of work. TAXES : This is a Tax Exempt Project. WAGE RATES : Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage Rate. Workers shall be paid not less than the wage rate, including fringe FTWOODS encourages the participation of MBE, WBE, and HUB Certified contractors.
