The scope of work includes site demolition and construction of parking area improvements. Bids must be prepared on the forms included in the Project Manual. Hard copies of the Bid/Contract Documents, including Drawings and Project Manual, are available for review in the administrative offices of Hamilton County Hospital and at the Engineer's office. Bidding Documents can also be downloaded from the designated website. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder to ensure access to updates, addenda, and other relevant information. Only documents obtained from the designated website will be recognized as official. All questions during bidding must be directed to the Engineer and submitted no later than Monday, October 20, 2025. Each proposal requires a bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the proposed bid or a certified check or bank draft payable to the Hamilton County Hospital District. The District will consider price, reputation of the bidder and services, quality of services, extent to which the services meet District needs, the bidder's past relationship with the District, and any relevant criteria specifically listed in the request for bids or proposals when determining best value. Hamilton County Hospital District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive defects and irregularities in bidding except for the time of submitting a bid. Bids may be held for up to 30 days from the bid opening to review bids and investigate bidder qualifications prior to contract award.
