Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Olympia, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project's Base Bid will include: Offsite work related to sidewalk improvements, landscaping, curb cuts, landscaping, street lighting, etc. and on site improvements which includes construction of bus loop with parking, expansion of storm water pond, storm drainage, new plaza between existing buildings with paving, benches, lighting, etc. Alternate Bid scope is described in the Documents. Sealed Alternate Bids on Part Two Form of Bid with Unit Prices (if any) for this project will be received up to 3:00 PM on the same day, stamped and held. Immediately following the 3:00 PM deadline, Base Bids and Alternate Bids along with all supplements will be publicly opened and read aloud at the NTPS Service Center located at 6620 Carpenter Road SE, Lacey WA 98503. Proposals received after the dates and hours stated above will not receive consideration. Each bid and other enclosures shall be enclosed in an opaque, sealed envelope, bearing the name and address of the Bidder and addressed to North Thurston Public Schools.
