As of April 1st 2019, addendum 2 has been issued. Project Description: This is Bid Package #2 and will consist of finishes and M/E/P for the project. This Bid Package contains (6) Bid Scopes including Carpentry/Casework/DFH/Specialties, Drywall/Paint, Flooring, ACT, Fire Protection/Plumbing/HVAC and Electrical/Technology. Bid Scopes can be found in specification section 00 41 00, 01 12 10 and 01 12 20. Loeffler Construction & Consulting is the awarded Construction Manager. The project consists of adding (2) single story additions (~15,000 SF Total) to the existing Cherry View Elementary School which was built in 1992. The addition will include (11) new classrooms , (2) new conference rooms, and (6) new bathrooms. Sealed bids on the provided bid forms are required for this project. A bid bond is required to accompany the sealed bid. Dakota County Prevailing Wages will be in effect for this project.
