Request for Quotes This project is for the repair of structural cracking and sealcoating services for 4 tennis courts at Butterworth Park (261 Grant Street). Contractor is required to supply all materials and equipment needed for services identified within specifications. Construction staging will be onsite and identified during pre-construction meetings. All bid submissions must include a projected project timeline. This project is funded through FY2019 funding and must be completed prior to end of fiscal year (June 15th). The following is a list of specs that must be met and provided to comply with this request: See related documents Vendors are encouraged to visit site for measurements and to also become familiar with the location and work needed. Request for Quote 1. This is a request for quotes, not a bid. The contract will be awarded to the lowest and responsible vendor. The awarded contractor will also be required to enter into the short form agreement with the City of Framingham. (See related documents) Please read this contract before submitting your quote as you will have to adhere to all the requirements within the contract. Including insurance and Bonds. Quote price sheet should be included in submittal. All pricing must be valid for 90 days. Prevailing wage is required.
