The work done under this contract is for on call utility construction services to supplement the capabilities of the Department of Public Works. The Work shall involve scheduled and on call utility construction services to the City for various water, sewer, drainage and related utility projects. Work may be performed on an emergency basis or a planned maintenance. The Agreement shall be for a term of Three (3) Years commencing on June 1, 2025 and ending on June 1, 2028. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Deposit in the form a bid bond, certified check, treasurer's check, or cashier's check issued by a responsible bank or trust company, in the sum of Five Percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, payable to the City of Framingham. The Bid Deposit shall be enclosed in the bid and appropriately labeled and enclosed. Question Deadline 12/05/2024 at 10:00 AM ET Inquiries regarding this Request for Proposals are to be directed to Margaret Ottaviani Purchasing Administrator purchasing@framinghamma.gov. Questions concerning this invitation for bids must be submitted to electronically. The CITY of Framingham will be accepting bids for On-Call Utility Services for scheduled and on call services to the City for various water, sewer, drainage and related utility projects.
