Renovation of an educational facility in Madison, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

In general, the work consists of the installation of lake water filtration and hydro optic ultraviolet treatment equipment and expanding the lake water pump house at Helen C. White Hall and the installation of a lake water micro filtration system and ultraviolet treatment equipment and demolition of select water treatment equipment at the Charter Street Heating Plant. Additional work at Helen C. White Hall includes the replacement of a 125 horsepower variable frequency drive with a 250 horsepower variable frequency drive and building wiring and the installation of a manual pull station and a smoke alarm at the lake water pump house and connecting them to an existing fire alarm control panel. Additional work at the Charter Street Heating Plant consists of the replacement of two 700 horsepower reduced voltage soft start units with two 700 hosepower 4kV variable frequency drives and the replacement of four motor control centers with two motor control centers.
