Site work for a water / sewer project in Middleport, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Furnishing and installing approximately 8,350 LF of 8-inch PVC and DIP watermains, fitting, valves, hydrants, water service replacements, master meter pit (Alternate Bid), restoration, and appurtenances along Griswold Street located within the Town of Royalton, Niagara County, New York. Bidders must be registered with Avalon as having obtained a complete set of Contract Documents. Bids submitted on copies of Contract Documents from other sources will not be acceptable. Each bid shall be accompanied by cash, certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid in the form provided, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and payment bond, each in an amount equal to 100 percent (100%) of the total Contract award amount. The right is reserved to waive any informalities in the Bid and to reject any or all Bids. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within fortyfive (45) calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof
