Renovation of a water / sewer project in Middleport, New York. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
As of August 18 2023 all bids have been rejected by the owner don't have a plan to rebid this out. The Work generally includes the following improvements along the canal near the Village of Middleport Garage building located at 24 Main Street, Middleport NY, which will be addressed as part of this Project: • Demolition of existing power panel, panel feed, service drop and overhead wire • Furnish and install new underground conduit, meter, panels, and wire • Pulling new wire for pedestals (conduit installation with pull string in grass along canal by Village) • Furnish and install power pedestals and bases • Furnish and install light pole base, conduit and wire. Installation of pole (provided by Owner) with LED luminaire and photocell Each Proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond for a sum of not less than five (5%) percent of the amount of the Proposal The Owner reserves the right to accept any Proposal, to reject any or all Proposals, and to waive defects or irregularities in any Proposal.
