This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. In order to bid and/or perform public work, a contractor or subcontactor shall be currently registered with the Department of Industrial Relations and be qualified to perform pubic works pursuant to Section 1725.5 of the Labor Code. Inquires or questions based on alleged patent ambiguity of the plans, specifications or estimate must be submitted as a bidder inquiry prior to 5:00 p.m. on the Friday before the week of bid opening.
