Prior to the Bid Opening Date, bids may be withdrawn through the City's eProcurement Portal by means of the responding firm unsub mitting their proposal in Planet Bids. The Engineer reserves the right to make decisions on extending the bid period. The project scope of work is the construction of 9,795 square feet, public event center /display gallery with a commercial kitchen, conference room, offices and restrooms to be located at 900 Shepard Drive in the City of Santa Maria. The building consists of a wood and steel frame construction, gypsum board walls, T-Grid ceiling system, fiber cement exterior siding and stone veneer wainscot, field-built and pre-manufactured wood trusses with standing seam metal roofing, mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems.
