It is the statutory policy of the State of Illinois that contractors and subcontractors shall pay prevailing wages pursuant to the Wages of Employees on Public Works Act (820 ILCS 130/1 et seq.) Prevailing wages have been established for Greene County. Bidders may be requested to submit a confidential financial statement for review by the Owner and Architect, and/or attend an interview with the Owner and Architect prior to the issuance of Notice of Contract Award. Interviews shall be attended by Bidder upon schedule notification by the Architect.
