This project may contain Federal Funds. The Complexity Factor for this project is 0.07. This project requires 22% DBE participation, or if the contract goal is not met, documented evidence of good faith efforts Phase II engineering services required for this project include the preparation of all Plans, Specifications and Estimates (PS&E documents) for minor electrical repairs and structure repairs on the Joe Page Bridge (S.N. 031-0001) in Hardin IL, Greene County. The purpose of the repairs would be to keep the bridge functioning at its current level until the replacement structure is completed. Included in this contract is the preparation roadway and structure plans, maintenance of traffic plans and minor Phase I documentation. Phase II work may also include, but is not limited to, public involvement, detailed traffic management plans and all other necessary related work to complete Phase II. Projects or tasks requiring CADD are anticipated to be completed using SS10 in accordance with the IDOT Computer Aided Design, Drafting, Modeling and Deliverables (CADD) Manual.
