Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in West Lafayette, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The total bid price shall be clearly displayed on the top of the bid packet within the envelope. This project consists of, but is not limited to, the resurfacing of various city streets in the Bar Barry Heights Neighborhood. The bid must be accompanied by a certified or cashiers check or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid price made in favor of the City of West Lafayette, Indiana, which amount shall accrue to and become the property of the City should the Bidder, awarded the contract, fail to enter into the required written agreement and secure same with the required one hundred percent (100%) performance, payment and guarantee bond. Wage rates shall not be less than the common construction wage as determined pursuant to IC 5-16-7-1 et seq. as amended. Instructions to Bidders, General Conditions, Special Conditions and Specifications are on file at the Office of the City Engineer. The Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive irregularities of bidding. The lowest & most responsive bid will go before the Redevelopment Commission for acceptance on April 17, 2019.
