Renovation of a mixed-use development in Addison, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and office development.
The Board of Education, DuPage High School District 88, Addison, IL, hereinafter referred to as the OWNER, requests sealed, single lump-sum proposals for: District Office HVAC and Roofing Work Phase 1 according to the Contract Documents prepared by Wight & Company, hereinafter referred to as the Architect. The project consists of replacement of HVAC system components and the penthouse area roof at the District 88 Administration Building. Action on said Proposals will be taken by the Owner at a later date, at a regular, adjourned, or special meeting of the Board of Education. This project is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive irregularities in the bidding procedure as their interests may appear.
