Renovation of a mixed-use development in Longview, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**The project is to be substantially complete by August 24, 2019 and commence work no earlier than June 13, 2019. Reroof Broadway Learning Center and Replace portions of roof at Cascade MS. No contractor may withdraw his bid after the hour and date set for the submittal thereof, or thereafter, before award of the Contract, unless award is delayed for a period exceeding thirty (30) days from the proposal submittal date.
