Longview School District Memorial Stadium Upgrades Abbreviated Project Description: Renovation and Modernization of the Existing Stadium Building Serving Longview Schools Including a New Exterior Ticket Booth, Gates, Reroof and Structural Repairs, Mid-aisle Handrails, Locker Room Renovations, Lighting, and Painting. Pursuant to Board of Directors Policy 6220, "Bid or Request for Proposal Requirements," and Rcw 39.80.040, the District Encourages Minority, Women, and Veteran-owned Businesses to Respond to This Rfp. No Contractor May Withdraw His Bid After the Hour and Date Set for the Submittal Thereof, or Thereafter, Before Award of the Contract, Unless Award is Delayed for a Period Exceeding Thirty (30) Days From the Bid Submittal Date. The Owner Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Informalities. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
