Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in McMurray, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Peters Township is seeking proposals from PennDOT prequalified bidders for the construction of a new, approximately 4,000 linear foot long township roadway and intersection adjacent to the new Peters Township High School campus. The project generally consists of demolition, earthwork, erosion control, maintenance and protection of traffic, storm sewerage, stormwater detention facilities, asphalt paving, concrete sidewalk & mountable curb, pavement markings, landscaping, restoration, and other items incidental to construction. Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) is required. Peters Township has the right to reject any and all bids. Project awarded to : Liberoni for $1,570,732.16. and Hanson Aggregates and Eurovia Atlantic Coast.
