Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in McMurray, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work includes all materials, labor, and equipment necessary for replacement of plant water pumps, installation of hydropneumatics tanks, installation of Pipe Gallery HVAC equipment, and associated miscellaneous Work as shown on the drawings and as specified. The project site is located at the Authority's Brush Run Water Pollution Control Plant, 111 West Valley Brook Road, McMurray, PA, 15317. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to PETERS TOWNSHIP SANITARY AUTHORITY in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid in accordance with the provisions in the Instructions to Bidders. Each Bid must be complete, and the right is reserved to reject any and all Bids and to accept any Bid deemed to be most favorable to the interests of PETERS TOWNSHIP SANITARY AUTHORITY.
