Renovation of a municipal facility in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
** This project has been awarded to MASON ARCHITECTS, INC. in the amount of $143,221. ** The work generally consists of installing structural bracing and tie downs, removing and replacing finishes required for access, installing debris protection over windows, painting, and miscellaneous other work. The estimated construction cost is between $1,000,000 and $1,500,000. Due to the COVID-19 situation/incident, a pre-bid meeting in accordance with Hawaii Revised Statutes 103D-303.5 has been waived and will not be held. The estimated value of the public works contract is $250,000 or more and the apprenticeship agreement preference pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes 103-55.6 (ACT 17, SLH 2009) shall apply. To be eligible to submit a Bid, the Bidder must possess a valid State of Hawaii Contractors license classification (s) B .
