As of 5/08/2019: Award date of May 13, 2019 1. Contractor shall prepare the existing roofing system for the 60 mil PVC membrane to be installed. Contractor will set up job site to meet safety requirements set forth by OSHA standards. 2. Tear off the existing roofing system and insulation down to the concrete deck. All trash and debris shall be hauled off-site and disposed of properly. 3. Install a Duro-Last vapor barrier to the primed concrete deck to specification. 4. Install a minimum R-25 tapered Poly ISO insulation start thickness with 1/4 " slope to the drains fully adhered with board max low-rise foam to specification. 5. Install a 1/4 " cover board over the new specified ISO insulation fully adhered with board max low-rise foam adhesive to specification. 6. Contractor shall furnish and install a new white 60 MIL Duro-Last Roofing system (Basis of Design) to be full adhered with water base adhesive to Duro-Last specifications. The membrane must have a minimum of 28 mils above the scrim. 7. Install new 60 mil membrane wall flashing fully adhered to specification. 8. Install new 24-gauge metal edge detail with Kynar cover to specification. Color to be chosen by the owner. 9. Add new 4x4 treated wood sleepers underneath all piping and conduit lines on roof. 10. Install fully adhered manufactures walk pads as a walkway around All sides of HVAC units 5 feet wide with a walk way to roof access a for membrane protection. 11. Install pre-manufactured flashings on all roof penetrations as specified by roof membrane manufacturer. 12. All penetrations shall extend a minimum 8" above finished roof system. 14. Contractor must install the roofing system and dispose of all debris in accordance with all local, state, and federal regulations. 15. After the installation is complete, a Duro-Last Quality Technical Representative shall inspect the visible details of the roofing system for acceptability of warranty issuance. Any deficiencies shall be corrected by the Contractor and made ready for re-inspection within five (5) working days. Upon acceptance, the15-year NDL Duro-Last Roofing warranty shall be promptly issued.
