Contract Cost Ranges: SU-2019/1.2: HVAC & Plumbing Construction: $45,000 - $80,000 SU-2019/1.4: Electrical Construction: $60,000 - $95,000 Work included under this project at Shippensburg University, Shippensburg Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania consists of conversion of an existing garage space, within the Reeds Operations Center, to a temporary Lab for the School of Engineering. The scope of work includes a new split system heat pump system, condensing unit and associated controls and ductwork, exhaust fan, cold water distribution and sanitary piping to temporary toilet trailer, air compressor and compressed air storage tank, new circuit breakers and panel board new receptacles and LED lighting fixtures.
