The Division of Administrative Services ("DAS") is soliciting Expression(s) of Interest ("EOI") for Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation ("DCR"), Lakin Correctional Center and Jail (LCC&J) and Martinsburg Correctional Center and Jail (MCC&J) from qualified firms to provide architectural/engineering services ("Vendors") as defined herein. Lakin Correctional Center and Jail is located at 11264 Ohio River Road, West Columbia, WV 25287. Martinsburg Correctional Center and Jail is located at 38 Grapevine Road, Martinsburg, WV 25401. The mission or purpose of the project for which bids are being solicited is to provide Architectural or Engineering design because the Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation is reacting to issues at Lakin Correctional Center and Jail and Martinsburg Correctional Center and Jail to replace the central air systems and building automation controls system with new. For this system, the Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation will require Architectural or Engineering Design ("Project"). The expression of interest must include schematic design, design development, construction documents, cost estimates, construction bid services, and construction administration services in coordination with the Agency's representative.
