Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Lexington, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
New athletic field complex including three new synthetic turf multipurpose fields, running track & events, athletic lighting and associated walkways, fencing, scoreboards, grading, drainage and utility services The project is under M.G.L. c. 30, 39M. The OPM is Skanska, the architect is Kaestle Boos Associates, Inc. Materials, equipment and supplies to be used on this project are exempt from sales tax to the extent provided by M.G.L. Chapter 64H, Section 6(f). This project includes the Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women Business Enterprise (WBE) goals and workforce utilization percentages stated above and in the Owner-Construction Manager Agreement. It is the obligation of the Construction Manager to meet or exceed these participation goals. MBEs and WBEs must be certified by the State Supplier Diversity Office. Goal for this project:10.4% combined MBE & WBE participation The Minuteman Regional Technical School District reserves the right to waive any informalities in bids, to accept or reject, in whole or in part any or all bids, to cancel all bids and to take whatever other action may be deemed to be in the best interest of the School. FINAL BIDDERS QUESTIONS DUE BY: Monday September 28, 5:00 p.m.
