**General Bid Deadline 9/1/22 Time 1:00 P.M. Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 149, Section 44A to 44J, inclusive of the Massachusetts General Laws, the Town of Lexington, Massachusetts is seeking bids from qualified General Contractors and Filed-Sub Bid Contractors for the interior renovation of a Town of Lexington owned building located at 1625 Massachusetts Ave, Lexington, MA 02420, project #23-20. The existing building will be renovated with new HVAC systems, ductwork and bathroom exhaust. New equipment is centralized in the attic of the existing building, with ductwork and additional HVAC components on all four floors of the building. HVAC contractor is to act as GC for this project. The estimated total cost of the work is $729,000
