Renovation of a municipal facility in Dedham, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Replacement of the Existing Wrap-Around Sarnafil Membrane Roof - Upper Main Roof for the Norfolk County Registry of Deeds Building Remove and properly dispose of the wrap-around Sarnafil membrane roof of the upper main roof. Install new roofing to consist of: Adhered Samifil G410 membrane over One layer of Z" HD iso insulation Over one layer of 1 VY* iso insulation (new insulation to match the thickness of the existing roof) Over adhered vapor barrier All insulation will be either mechanically fastened where possible or adhered in place All roof penetrations will be properly flashed as per Samafil warranty standards Furnish one (1) Samifil twenty (20) year manufacturer's warranty. The existing edge metal termination which was installed in 2016 will be left intact and utilized to terminate the membrane ofthe new roofing. n
