Renovation of a municipal facility in Dedham, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Replacement of Gutter Section for Dedham District Court 631 High St Dedham, MA The Contractor shall substantially complete the Project within SIXTY (60) days of the issuance of the Notice to Proceed from the Owner. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, services, materials, equipment, plant, machinery, apparatus, appliances, tools, supplies, and all other things necessary to do all the work required for the completion of each item of the Work and as herein specified. The Work to be done and paid for under any item shall not be limited to the exact extent mentioned or described but shall include all incidental work necessary or customarily done for the completion of that item.\ Employ the use of an aerial lift to access and perform repairs (replacement) to one section of The gutter at the front left corner of the High Street (South) side at the above Courthouse to Consist of: Removal ofthe necessary amount ofslate tiles to expose the damaged section ofgutter. Cut out and remove damaged section of copper gutter. Reinstall new section of gutter with 20 oz. fabricated copper gutters Re-install slate tiles over the new section ofgutter Existing downspouts are found to be in sound condition and will not be replaced as part ofthis repair. New gutters are to match the existing profile
