Renovation of a municipal facility in Dedham, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Town of Dedham invites proposals from qualified architectural, landscape, and engineering firms for full-service design and value engineering, bidding, and construction administration services to design a signature public space in the center of Dedhams downtown. This Request for Qualifications is exempt from public bidding pursuant to G.L. c. 30B, sec. 1(b)(32A). This procurement is also not subject to the requirements of the Designer Selection Law, G.L. c. 7C, sec. 44-58. Therefore, the terms of this Request for Qualifications are not subject to the requirements of those statutes and this process shall be undertaken in the manner as determined by the Town of Dedham as provided herein. The Towns Town Green Working Group (TGWG) will make a recommendation to the Town Manager for award of the contract. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, wholly or in part, and make such award as it determines to be in the best interest of the Town of Dedham. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
