City of Phoenix Housing Department is seeking Contractors to supply all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation to provide electrical repairs and "like-for-like" replacements of electrical systems, on an as-needed basis, for various Housing locations, including but not limited to, assisted living facilities in accordance with the provisions, terms, and conditions. Electrical service will include 120 through 240, voltage equipment, parts and lines. All electrical work under the resultant agreement shall conform to the standards of the National Electrical Code (NEC). Written Inquiries Due Date April 8, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. All questions that arise relating to this solicitation should be directed via email to the Chuck Garvey ,Procurement Officer and must be received by the due date indicated in the Schedule of Events. The City will not consider questions received after the deadline. No informal contact initiated by Offerors on the proposed service will be allowed with members of City's staff from date of distribution of this solicitation until after after City Council awards the contract. All questions concerning or issues related to this solicitation must be presented in writing. The Procurement Officer will answer written inquiries in an addendum and publish any addendums on online.
