Every request for such interpretation shall be made in writing, with reference to the appropriate bid number and emailed to rachel rhoden@bradfordcountyfl.gov. All requests for interpretation or corrections shall be received no later than April 30, 2019 at 5:00 PM. Any and all such interpretations and any supplemental instructions will be in the form of a written addendum; which, if issued, shall be posted to the County electronically. It is the Bidders responsibility to verify what addendums if any have been posted. All addenda so issued shall become part of the bid documents. No refund will be made for the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. Construction time is 90 days. BASE BID includes construction of a 5' wide sidewalk, drainage improvements, driveway construction, erosion control, maintenance of traffic, striping, signing and sodding. County will provide Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) during construction.
