The Project Manager listed above will work with the Contracting Olficer to manage the project and deliverables. The cunent existing two story building is designed of several individual rooms with a large shared bathroom on each floor. The building was originally built as an open bay two story World War II barracks. Recent remodels have updated the interior to individual rooms. 'l'hc building has post and beam structural designs that will need to remain intact during the design modernization. A requirement ollarger rooms and several shared bathrooms will need to be incorporated into the modemized design. The new design u.ill allow lbr the Army National Guard schools to increase ratings to their standard. A description ofthe work of this project can be summarized as: to design a repair to the existing barracks and provide 7,800 square feet ofusable tacility to allow for modernization ofbilleting rooms and shared bathrooms. This project includes the following items that are integral to the facility: dormitory rooms, latrines, washer/dryer space, and utilities. Comprehensive interior design services are requesled.
