A Contract Will Be Awarded to Two Responsible, Responsive Bidders Submitting the Lowest Bids. Term of the Contract Shall Be for One (1) Year With the Possibility of Four (4) Renewals for a Total of Five (5) Years A Description of the Work Involved With This Service Contract Can Be Summarized as Follows: Electrical Service Work at Various Locations as Required. The Scope Will Include but Is Not Limited to Minor Demolition, Renovations, Repair and Construction Related to Electrical Work and Incidental Repair of Finishes.
