Completed plans call for the addition of a 12,220-square-foot fire / police facility; for the demolition of a fire / police facility; for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to: Construct 12,220 sq. ft. addition to the existing fire station at the Orchard Combat Training Center. Addition to include a new apparatus bay, kitchen, fitness room, training room, dorm rooms and site improvements. This project is to certified LEED Silver. Funding Available: $5,520,000 Mr. Jason Styba Contracting Officer State of Idaho Military Division A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. All work is to be accomplished within 360 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Failure to perform the work within the established time period will be grounds for withholding an appropriate amount of compensation as damages for delay
