Site work for a water / sewer project in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to: Relocation and abandonment of existing wastewater lagoons and construction of new approximate 830,000 gallon potable water storage reservoir. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. All work is to be accomplished within 380 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Failure to perform the work within the established time period will be grounds for withholding an appropriate amount of compensation as damages for delay.
