Site work, paving and renovation of a bridge / tunnel in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
Late bids and bids delivered to the wrong address will be returned to the bidder unopened. The WORK consists of replacing the timber decking; replacing timber railing; prep and paint steel structure; and joint sealing. The Purchasing Division will maintain a planholders list. A Bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the BID AMOUNT is required if the project amount is in excess of $50,000.00. Performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract amount will be required if the project amount is in excess of $50,000.00. The City of Steamboat Springs reserves the right to reject any and all bids and proposals and enter into a contract or issue a purchase order which, in its opinion, best serves the needs of the City of Steamboat Springs and its citizens.
