The City of Steamboat Springs is soliciting statements of qualifications from qualified Construction Management (CM) firms to provide construction management services for the construction phase for selected projects in the City of Steamboat Springs 2023 annual Capital Improvement Program. The consultant/firm will be assigned a project (or projects) for which they will be responsible to provide construction management services. A precise work scope and fee will be determined on a project-by-project basis once the preferred consultant/firm has been selected as part of the Request For Qualifications. The City of Steamboat Springs reserves the right to reject any and all bids and proposals and enter into a contract or issue a purchase order which, in its opinion, best serves the needs of the City of Steamboat Springs and its citizens.
