Renovation of a museum in North Blenheim, New York. Working plans call for the renovation of a museum.
The New York Power Authority invites you to submit a proposal to furnish all supervision, labor, materials and equipment (except for services, materials and/or equipment to be furnished by others as specifically referred to in the contract documents) and perform all operations required for the engineering, design and construction capabilities to renovate two buildings, the Hiram Thomas Farmstead and Blenheim-Gilboa (BG) Visitors Center, and to design and furnish new exhibits in the BG Visitors Center. The work performance of this project shall be delineated unto two sites as listed below: BG Visitors Center Upgrades - to be further delineated as below: 1A Building Renovations 1B Exhibits Hiram Thomas Farmstead - Building renovations Bidders are hereby directed to make use of the New York Power Authority's website at www.nypa.gov in order to obtain instructions on participating in the bidding process through Ariba. Bidders obtaining bid documents from sources other than NYPA Ariba do so at their own risk. Commensurate experience is required for this project. Further details on qualifications/requirements can be found in the Bid Document. This contract may be fulfilled by a Sub Contract, Joint Venture or Co-Production arrangement. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6%
