Demolition, site work and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in North Blenheim, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
This project is for the demolition and reconstruction of the kiddie pool at Mine Kill State Park in North Blenheim, NY, and includes the demolition and reconstruction of the pool, pool deck, perimeter fence, and selective work inside the pool equipment building, and all other related work include shown in the Contract Documents. Refer to the contract Plans and Project Manual for all associated work. All Primes shall be aware that the SEQR review identified that The pool is closes on September 9, 2024, and reopens on June 28, 2025. All construction work shall be performed between those dates with a substantial completion date of June 6, 2025. All Contractors for this Project shall physically complete the Work in 350 days. Engineer's Estimate Range: $1,121,150.00 - $1,516,850.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
