Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.

The work of this project includes construction of a new underpass under TH-494 just west of TH-35W. Watermain (open cut and jack and auger), storm sewer and other utilities will be reconstructed to make way for the underpass.
