As of October 25, 2019, this project is under construction. Renovation of garden level space, with a goal of maximizing efficiency of office space for additional staff. Scope includes maximizing special openness and views (daylighting) and creating collaborative areas. 1. Construction Summer of 2019; occupancy by August 2019 2. Budget - Approximately $2,000,000 3. Major renovation of approximately 4100 square feet and approximately 1200 square feet of minor renovation Notice is hereby given to all interested parties that all firms will be required to meet all minimum requirements to be considered for this project. To be considered as qualified, interested firms shall have, as a minimum: 1. Provided type of contracting services contracting services within the last three (3) years for at least two (2) projects each in excess of $2,500,000 (hard costs), utilizing the expertise present in their Colorado Office; and 2. Demonstrated specific type of contracting services# contracting experience in projects of similar scope and complexity; and 3. Demonstrated bonding capability up to $2,500,000 for an individual project coincidentally with current and anticipated workloads; provide letter from surety that affirms this capacity. 4.
