The approximate quantities of work to be bid upon are described as follows: To provide all labor, materials, equipment and appurtenances necessary for the installation of one (1) new 150 gpm water filter. The work also includes all necessary mechanical, piping, cleanup, repair and all other appurtenances for a complete and operable system. The Work will be substantially completed within 90 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run, and completed and ready for final payment within 120 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
