The West Virginia Purchasing Division, for the agency, the West Virginia Department of Arts, Culture & History is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the Fiber Relocation for Ground Regrading, per the attached documentation. The performance bond must be received by the Purchasing Division prior to Contract award. The apparent successful Vendor shall provide a labor/material payment bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract value
