As of December 3, 2025, a design firm has been awarded as a result of the previous solicitation below. Information regarding a timeline for bidding and construction has not been determined. __________________ SCOPE OF SERVICES 2.1. Expectations The successful firm will: o assess the needs of the facility in consultation with City officials; o design plans with prioritization to renovate and modernize with focus on essential renovations; o facilitate the bidding process (including participating in any mandatory pre-bid conferences and answering technical questions in accordance with the City's established addendum issuance process); o make a construction contract award recommendation based on an analysis of received bids; o attend any City Council committee and full Council City Council meeting where the project is an agenda item for discussion; and o administer the construction contract(s).
